4	Port boat keep clear of starboard boat

5	Windward boat keep clear

6	Boat clear behind keep clear

7	Boat on the outside leaves room for boat(s) engaged at marks

8	Make sure you have enough room before tacking

9	Leave room for boats avoiding obstacles

10	If you break a rule take the penalty
